In this mindful drawing session, we will explore the labyrinth as a map of the chakra system — a living pathway through the body’s energy centers. Rather than analyzing or “working on” each chakra, the labyrinth allows you to experience how energy moves, pauses, and settles within you.
As you draw the labyrinth, you may begin to sense:
Where energy flows freely — and where it feels blocked or tired
Which areas of your body are asking for support or gentleness
How emotional patterns live in the body
What balance feels like for you, right now
The labyrinth gently brings awareness to the chakra system as a whole, helping the nervous system settle and the body remember its natural rhythm. Many people experience a sense of grounding, spaciousness, and renewed vitality — often without needing to “figure anything out.”
You will leave with a completed labyrinth drawing and a simple embodied tool you can return to whenever you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or out of balance.
